- Yes, we provide OEM/ODM service. You can customize the color of
the product and packaging, and also have your logo on it.
What is your defective product policy?
- We have 12 month warranty. Defective or faulty DOA, DAP, and
components will be replaced with new ones free of charge.
I want to sell the products to Europe, do you have the
certifications?
- Yes, all of our products have applied for certifications such as
FDA, CE, RoHS, etc. If you need a specific certification that we
haven't applied for yet, we are willing to go for it.
